山岳氷河の融解

あすの講義に備えて休日出勤．

ダメオシでいろいろ調べ物をしていたら，Scienceに7/19付けで氷河の融解の海面上昇への寄与に関する最新の報告がExpressで発表されていたのを発見．

• about 60% of the ice loss is from glaciers and ice caps rather than from the two ice sheets.
  
• This acceleration of glacier melt may cause 0.1-0.25 m of additional sea-level rise by 2100.

ということ．

山岳氷河の融解がこれまで考えられていた以上の海面上昇をもたらすという結果．講義の内容も訂正しなきゃいかんかなぁ．．．
